We’re Hiring: Project Technician

At Nor’East Exteriors, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality roofing and exterior solutions with a strong focus on craftsmanship, communication, and customer experience.

As we grow, we’re looking for a dependable, hands-on Project Technician to support our field operations and project execution. This is a junior role with strong growth potential, ideal for someone looking to build experience in construction, project management, and exterior home services.
You’ll work closely with our Project & Field Operations Manager and team to help keep jobs running smoothly, support crews, and ensure every project is set up for success.

🔧 What You’ll Do:

• Support job setup by helping ensure materials, tools, and instructions are ready for crews
• Visit job sites to assist with progress checks, site organization, and basic quality control
• Help maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites and shop areas
• Run materials, tools, and small equipment to job sites as needed
• Assist with project closeouts, including site cleanup and final walkthrough prep
• Support communication between crews and office when needed
• Learn how to identify basic issues in the field and escalate appropriately
• Shadow and assist with project coordination, scheduling awareness, and workflow
• Provide a positive, professional presence when interacting with homeowners

We’re seeking someone who is:

• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
• Eager to learn and grow within the construction and home services industry
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
• Hands-on and willing to be in the field daily
• Organized and attentive to detail
• A strong communicator with a professional, respectful demeanor
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and travel between job sites

Experience in construction or exterior home services is a plus but not required. We are willing to train the right person.

💵 Pay & Perks:

• Hourly wage, depending on experience
