As we grow, we’re looking for a dependable, proactive, and professional Project & Field Operations Manager to be a key face of our company in the field.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety, takes pride in ownership, and knows how to keep jobs running smoothly from start to finish.
🔧 What You’ll Do:
• Kick off jobs with crews, ensuring materials and instructions are in place
• Check on sites daily to track progress, resolve issues, and ensure quality
• Close out projects by confirming site cleanup and homeowner satisfaction
• Run materials and tools to job sites as needed
• Maintain and organize the shop and equipment
• Communicate with homeowners to ensure they feel confident and comfortable
• Run sales appointments, scope exterior work, and prepare quotes in a way that educates and informs homeowners, always with a no-pressure approach
• Collaborate with the office and owner for smooth daily operations

We’re seeking someone who is:
• Professional, reliable, and proactive as you’ll be a direct reflection of our company and team
• Experienced in construction, roofing, or exterior home services
• An excellent communicator with homeowners, crews, and management team
• Comfortable working hands-on in the field and managing logistics
• Detail-oriented, organized, and quick to identify and solve issues
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and travel across job sites
