Owner & Operator
Dave is the heart behind Nor’East Exteriors, bringing over 20 years of hands-on experience across home building, electrical work, roofing, siding, and building science. He’s always been curious about how things work (and why they work), which shows up in the way every project is thoughtfully planned and built to perform for the long run.
From small residential projects to large developments totaling over $30 million, Dave has seen it all. He knows that great results come from strong organization, clear communication, and doing things the right way, not the rushed way. Quality craftsmanship and a smooth customer experience are the standard on every job.
When he’s not on a job site, Dave is usually spending time with his wife and two daughters, out on the water in the summer, or learning more about his trade because there’s always something new to master.

Office Manager & Client Experience
Carly is the calm, organized force behind the scenes at Nor’East Exteriors. With several years on the team, she makes the construction process feel clear, manageable, and far less stressful by keeping communication consistent and expectations crystal clear. If you’ve ever thought “wow, this feels easy,” chances are Carly was involved.
A shoreline local at heart, she loves being part of a small, community-driven team at Nor’East Exteriors that genuinely cares about the people they work with. Outside of work, you’ll find her outside, on a yoga mat, working on creative projects, or hanging out with her cats.
Blase
Project & Field Operations Manager
Blase brings more than three decades of roofing experience to Nor’East Exteriors and leads projects in the field with a sharp eye for quality and craftsmanship. From shingles to slate and copper, he takes pride in work that looks great now and holds up for years. He loves driving past completed projects and knowing the results speak for themselves.
Approachable and easy to talk to, Blase makes a point to walk homeowners through each step so they feel informed, comfortable, and confident in their decisions at Nor’East Exteriors. Outside of work, you’ll find him golfing, spending time with family, listening to audiobooks, and appreciating a freshly installed sheet of copper.

What is the typical process for working with a new customer?
As soon as a potential customer reaches out, we will get in contact and organize a time to come out to the property to gather more information. This includes measurements, photos, and customer preferences and concerns. This takes about an hour, from there we will send your quote out via Jobber (our online quoting platform) which will be delivered to the email address provided.
What should our customers know about our pricing? (Discounts, fees, etc)
We offer extremely competitive pricing, sourcing only the highest quality materials. We are happy to work with insurance and have full financing available. We work closely with the financing companies to bring you offers such as $0 down, no payments for 12 months, and more. You are welcome to apply for our financing directly through our website at any time or give us a call for more information. If your project is covered by insurance, we are happy to act as a liaison throughout the to ensure your project is fully covered and paid out in a timely fashion. In addition, we provide discounts for first responders, medical personnel, and veterans. Check out our Facebook for additional promotions throughout the year!
Do you offer a referral bonus?
Yes! Nothing makes us happier than a satisfied customer sending their friends and family our way. We are proud of our work and want you to be too, if you refer a friend for a full roof or siding installation you’ll receive a $500 credit towards your next project with us. Just make sure they mention you during their appointment.
How long does a project take from start to finish?
Once your quote is signed and approved, we get to work to have your project installed within 2 weeks from signing. There are times that outstanding factors such as material or permit delays can hold things up, but we do our best to avoid them if possible. We are happy to accommodate any schedule adjustments, please just let us know when you’re ready to proceed!
Most residential roof replacements take between one and two days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof. Our knowledgeable crews work efficiently to ensure we don’t take up too much of your time.
On average, a full residential siding installation takes about a week and a half. This can vary based on the type of siding, size of the home, and unexpected repairs.
Should I plan for weather delays during my project?
Due to the nature of our work, we are unable to operate in the rain or other inclement weather. In addition, we can not perform roof replacements when the temperature dips below freezing for an extended period of time as installation requires adhesive products that rely on the sun’s heat for activation.
What should I look for in a contractor?
We encourage our customers to do their research before hiring the right installer. You want to be sure that your project will be completed in a timely manner while also upholding exceptional quality. Here at Nor’East, we are committed to keeping open & transparent communication with our clients each step of the way.
It is also crucial that you make sure the person you are hiring is fully licensed and insured in the state of CT. (We are!)

In order to get all of our clients exactly what they are looking for, we offer a wide variety of siding and roofing materials. As long as we are able to get the product you are looking for, we are happy to install it!
